Ordering, Delivery, Payment

Placing your order and shopping online is simple and convenient.

1. Visit the page where the item in which you are interested (images can be enlarged by clicking the image).
2. Select a size and quantity, and click “ADD TO CART”.  (Please note creation and delivery time may be 6-10 working days.)
3. Once you have added something to cart, the ‘view cart’ dialogue is added to the top of the product page, and automatically, the current cart contents can be viewed in the main menu on the right. You can then hover over it to see your cart contents, and remove any items you don’t want.
4. At the bottom of the menu that drops down when you hover over the shopping bag icon, you will see ‘View Cart’ and ‘Checkout’ – you can remove items in the drop-down or you can click on ‘View Cart’ to adjust your item list, or proceed to Checkout.
4. To delete an item click on the red x on the right, adjust the quantity, and once you are satisfied, click on ‘Proceed to Checkout’
You can select delivery (R100) or collection (free) will be calculated, and added to your total purchase cost. You will then be taken to the PAYMENT PORTAL. Enter a shipping address, and enter your payment information. Review your order. Click ‘Place order’.
Select your Payment Option, and complete as required. All sensitive data is protected by SSL and is encrypted.
We accept payment via MASTERCARD or VISA via the PayFast payment portal.  For EFT payments, email proof of payment on completion to talia@oneofakindza.co.za and we will process the order for delivery on receipt of your proof of payment.
